• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, tailored to their individual needs and goals

• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules, and using proper stretch techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to retain reputed company clientele and drive membership sales
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
• Handle member concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
