Inbound Call Solutions Specialist - Remote - Work From Home

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote, W2 - Mon - Fri reputed company - 5PM CT Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our virtual call center team as Tier 1 Call Center Agents. This role involves handling high inbound call volumes, transferring calls to licensed sales agents, and ensuring a smooth reputed company process. 99% of your calls are INBOUND - meaning, consumers are calling you. You are not going to be cold calling or outbound dialing. This is a performance-driven position with clear expectations, commission opportunities, and a structured process to set you up for success. Our company generates over 4,000 billable calls per day, and we provide reputed company scripting and rebuttals to ensure a seamless and effective workflow. Agents are required to follow our scripting verbatim. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Engage with customers for 2-4 minutes before transferring the call to a licensed sales agent and moving to the next call.
• Ensure a seamless transfer process and drop off the call after the transfer is complete.
• Strictly adhere to the provided scripting and rebuttals to guide every customer interaction.
• Maintain a call transfer reputed company of 6 calls per hour and reputed company an 80% billable call success reputed company.
• Consistently meet daily performance targets of at least 35 billable calls per 8-hour shift.
• Adhere to company policies for attendance and performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Training Pay: $8 per hour for one week of reputed company.
• reputed company Pay: $14 per hour after training completion. Starting Week 2 and beyond.

• $60-$100+ per day

Job Requirements:

• Equipment:
• A Windows-based computer (Windows 10 or above, less than 2 years old). No Mac, Chromebook, or tablet.
• A wired internet reputed company (Wi-Fi is not permitted).
• A high-quality headset.
• A proper work-from-home setup free of distractions.
• Webcam access for the interview and potential use during employment.
• Technical Specifications:
• Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company.
• Personal responsibility for equipment upkeep and replacement.
• No payment for work time missed due to equipment or connectivity failures.
• Work Environment:
• Quiet and professional home office setting.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with consistent attendance.
• Performance Standards:
• Must reputed company at least 32 billable calls per day to maintain employment.
• Strict adherence to scripting and rebuttals is mandatory to ensure consistent results.
• Strong communication skills and reliability to support planned call volumes.
