Manager- Data Governance & Management As part of the Finance Data Governance Organization (FDG) reputed company Corporate Controllership, this role is responsible from bringing and managing data under governance for Finance. FDG team is leading the effort of defining the future roadmap for data governance reputed company Finance. This FDG Manager is focused on ensuring that trusted information is used for critical processes, decision making and accounting/reporting across various finance processes. He will be responsible for validating reputed company Data from various AXP Systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. The FDG Manager is a collaborator, a well-organized, action-oriented individual with exceptional leadership and time management skills, confident in presenting, facilitating, and building a network of strong relationships across our organization. • Strategic thought partnership with the Enterprise Data Governance team to bring under governance for the enterprise.
• Establish Finance Data Governance implementation roadmap including strategic priorities.
• Implementing requirements of the Enterprise Data Governance Policy reputed company various critical Finance systems/processes.
• Participate in reputed company aspects of Data Governance specifically on data classification, Data Quality, data catalog and reputed company, as well as compliance to data standards and privacy regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between Business/Functional areas and Technology to ensure that data reputed company business requirements for governing critical data are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood/considered as part of operational prioritization and planning·
• Define roles and responsibilities reputed company to finance data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the finance systems.
• Advancing the Data Governance Strategy for the Finance Data Management initiative. This initiative involves utilizing new technologies to create one standardized data set that can be utilized for broader Finance thus minimizing multiple reputed company solutions, data duplication and reconciliation over time among other benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience in the US Federal Reserve/financial US regulatory reporting, banking/financial services, and/or Controllership.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
• Knowledge of US Regulatory Reports (Y9C, Y14, Y15, 2052a, amongst others)
• A self-starter, proactive team player with a passion to consistently deliver high quality service and exceed customers’ expectations
• Excellent relationship building, presentation and collaboration skills
• Display thought leadership, drive process, and support work/life balance initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance/accounting
• Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues reputed company to management of enterprise information assets is strongly preferred
• Knowledge and working experience on AxiomSL/Adenza/reputed company solutions are preferred
• Proven people leadership experience and ability to attract, engage and retain high caliber global talent.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile methodology and delivery concepts or other project management methodologies
• Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with a proven track of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners
• Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to communicate highly reputed company concepts and processes in simple terms and pragmatically across Finance, Business and Technology stakeholders
• Ability to be think strategically, flexible, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively manage in a matrix organization
• Proven people leadership experience and ability to attract, engage and retain high caliber talent

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
