In this role you will work closely with both the Community team and cross-functional partners and play a key role in driving analytics and insights work as well as managing strategic programs. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Programs and Business Operations reputed company for Community. A Typical Day:

• Operational Excellence: reputed company your analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans and frameworks that enhance the performance of our community initiatives, and build efficiency into our systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships reputed company Community Leadership, Finance, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Research, and other teams to reputed company and present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to the Community leadership team to drive key business decisions.
• Strategic program management: Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end by defining a problem statement, articulating the ideal solution, identifying key dependencies and blockers, and then working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Expertise:

• Qualified candidates will ideally have a minimum of 10+ years of work experience, preferably with combined exposure to data-modeling, analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• A world class written and verbal communicator with the ability to present at reputed company levels of an organization in a succinct, clear and eloquent manner.
• A proven track record of being able to influence and rally diverse cross-functional stakeholders against a common mission or goal using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ability to not only dive into details to drive execution but also reputed company out to contextualize specific recommendations/initiatives reputed company the broader company strategy.
