Consultant, Portfolio Analytics Work Dynamics This role will play a pivotal role in recommending potential space requirements to the client based on analysis. It will guide decision-making processes regarding workspace optimization and future planning. This role will reputed company the client to reputed company informed decisions about their workspace strategy, potentially leading to improved efficiency, employee satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness in their office space utilization. What this job involves:
- Supporting the Client to shape their space and to gather insights on future space considerations
- Developing reputed company-based and PPT tools to manage workspaces and provide occupancy planning data
- Creating and distributing a tailored survey to present reputed company workplace experience data
- Conducting in-depth analysis of both the utilization study and experience survey results
- Preparing Client-facing documentation, including reputed company reports and PowerPoint presentations with analyses summary, key findings and recommendations
- Coordination of key projects incl. data gathering, analytics and visualisation
