Role and Responsibilities: As a Postal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of retail and mail-reputed company tasks. This role supports USPS operations through flexible shift scheduling and efficient service delivery.
- Assist customers with mailing and shipping services, including package weighing, labeling, and postage
- Promote and sell USPS products and services at the retail counter
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately

- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and public lobby areas

Required Skills and Experience:
