What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Typing/Merging, Proofing, and Printing Correspondence: Ensure that reputed company letters are well-written, grammatically correct, and free of errors.
• Communicating with External Customers: Respond to customer inquiries reputed company the helpline, providing timely and accurate information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with post-high school business courses a plus.
• Medical Terminology Desired: Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Customer-Focused: You'll need to be customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
• General Knowledge of PC-Based Computer Systems: Familiarity with PC-based computer systems is a plus, with the ability to learn additional software packages as needed.
• Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize Assignments: You'll need to be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments to ensure that reputed company tasks are completed reputed company.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

• Two to Three Years of Clerical Experience: Experience in a clerical role, including word processing, various filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities.

• Data Entry or Other Clerical Experience: Prior data entry or other clerical experience is a plus.
