Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative - Data Entry reputed company (Wfh) at reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and ensuring seamless data entry processes. You will work under direct supervision and be accountable for utilizing reputed company' solution information passage techniques and rules processes to enter patient and medication data into our systems. Your duties may vary depending on the assigned department.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
- Investigate to acquire missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
- Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.

- Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
