Job Summary
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at reputed company At Home Careers, you will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of data insights and business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data experts, business intelligence engineers, and data clients, to design and deliver data-driven solutions that inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Directs the delivery of reputed company At Home Careers data and insights-driven initiatives and projects
- Upholds long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet reputed company At Home Careers reporting and analytics requirements
- Plans, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects
- Develops data governance and pre-processing principles for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
- Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal reputed company production system sources and external records
- Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data repositories (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records)
- Creates internal tools for automation of reputed company development-reputed company activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
Essential Capabilities
* Certified, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
- Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, reputed company, or reputed company
- Experience providing thought leadership and presenting data rationalist semantic layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience
