Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and guidance to business leaders on a wide range of legal issues, including digital product development, data analytics, and intellectual property

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and technology, to drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

• Licensure to practice law in at least one state
• Illinois bar membership or active bar participation in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Proven experience in providing strategic counsel and guidance to business leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
