About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Senior Data Analyst - IT to join our Digital Technology team, which spans the globe and is comprised of diverse individuals working together with pioneering technology to build the best airline in the history of aviation. As a Senior Data Analyst - IT, you will be an integral part of reputed company, responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams. You will have a deep understanding of the business and work collaboratively with a dedicated team to drive process improvements and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret data gathered from various sources and identify patterns and trends to inform business decisions

- Focus on areas such as data visualizations, application performance analysis, error patterns, and top factors contributing to errors
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including proposals for performance and greater agility

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science (Math, Statistics, or Economics), or a reputed company quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, analysis, and data engineering, with 3+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 company
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platform development
- Experience building presentations for stakeholders and leaders and engaging with reputed company levels of management
- A genuine ability to create a vision, reputed company the team towards that vision, and offer support to reputed company it
- Extensive experience with BI run boarding (e.g., PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire) to create meaningful, rich dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
