About the Role

As a Customer Engineer, you'll be the technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of cloud infrastructure modernization. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with cloud-native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
• Proven experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders, and presenting reputed company technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

• Experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructure engineering, including virtualization and/or containerization platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$214,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
