Key Responsibilities

• Verify customers' rent payments with their landlords, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our reporting process.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize superb communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Navigate our CRM system and other tools to manage customer interactions, update records, and track reputed company.

Essential Qualifications
