Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Sales Representative to join our Emergency Care team in Morgantown, WV. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling reputed company Emergency Care products to meet our customers' needs. You will work strategically to reputed company your assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital sales, marketing, clinical, and demonstrations of reputed company reputed company Pre-Hospital products and programs. If you have a strong understanding of marketing, market research, new product development, and new product introduction, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Work strategically to promote and sell reputed company Emergency Care products to meet our customers' needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 5+ years of professional experience required, sales or clinical preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field testing.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence with a good driving record, as you will be operating a company vehicle capable of transporting equipment.

Physical and Mental Requirements

This role requires:

• At times, moving, setting up, and demonstrating equipment weighing up to 75 pounds (lift unassisted 75-80 pounds).
• Prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
• Coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability, and memory retention.
• Handling various materials, including but not limited to: durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals, and coated products.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management.
