We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Sales Enablement Business Partner who can work closely with our GTM leaders and associates to create and deliver effective enablement programs. As a Strategic Sales Enablement Business Partner, you'll be responsible for designing and developing programs that include reputed company onboarding and ongoing enablement, tailored to our business unit's focus. You'll also manage, compile, and analyze enablement data to present key metrics to our leadership team, ensuring that our enablement programs are supporting quota attainment and pivoting with the needs of the business unit.Key Responsibilities
As a Strategic Sales Enablement Business Partner, you'll have the following key responsibilities:- reputed company strong working relationships with reputed company reputed company GTM leaders and associates to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create and maintain enablement content, including instructor-led training and eLearning modules, to support reputed company sellers with both soft and hard reputed company training.
- Support and deliver reputed company onboarding training programs for new sellers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Design and reputed company courses and enablement training materials to be housed in our company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage, compile, and analyze enablement data to present key metrics to our leadership team, demonstrating the effectiveness of our enablement programs.
- Provide regular feedback to our leadership team on reputed company onboarding and ongoing enablement training, including reporting on seller performance and key sales metrics.
- Ensure that enablement is supporting quota attainment and pivoting with the needs of the business unit, making adjustments as needed.
- Create and manage training programs in accordance with business needs, updated regulatory requirements, and client/partner commitments.
- Coordinate with other reputed company teams to reputed company existing enablement training and reputed company new product training where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify training gaps and reputed company training content reputed company, including new releases of reputed company products and brand new products.
- Coordinate learning functions, including seller communication, invitations, pre and post-training tasks, and other reputed company activities.
- Continually learn and implement best practices for adult learning through online research, conference attendance, and other means of staying on top of the learning industry.
- Anticipate, reputed company, implement, and communicate ways to improve the sales process and overall seller experience.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, with a focus on selling and development enablement assets and live events.
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and operations.
- Previous experience creating, executing, and managing trainings for a SaaS/reputed company Enterprise Software company, with attendees ranging from IC through senior-level leaders.
- Strong coaching, training, facilitation, presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Skilled and comfortable working with multiple technology platforms, including reputed company Products, G-Suite, reputed company, reputed company, GTMB, LMS, reputed company, reputed company, and others.
- Comfortable facilitating on-site as well as in a virtual environment.
- Strong sense of client focus, fiscal responsibility, personal growth, and professionalism.
