Position Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert knowledge of our printing, shipping, and signs & graphics services, and driving sales growth. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing your consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue and output, and completing assigned tasks based on reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of our printing, shipping, and signs & graphics services, and recommend appropriate products and services to customers
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment
• Manage the production queue and output, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to reputed company work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
