Key Responsibilities:

• Teach eight courses distributed among fall, winter, and spring quarters, including graduate-level courses in correlation and regression, and undergraduate courses in statistics, introduction to psychology, and lifespan development
• Hold reputed company and regularly communicate with reputed company
• Prepare for courses and use computer-assisted course management and presentation methods
• Teach using universal design and inclusive teaching principles
• Communicate effectively with undergraduates and contribute to departmental goals

Essential Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Psychology or a reputed company field (or A.B.D. in an appropriate Ph.D. program)
• Experience teaching psychology courses with available teaching evaluations
• Ability to communicate effectively with undergraduates
• Experience with universal design and inclusive teaching principles
• Ability to use computer-assisted course management and presentation methods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ph.D. with previous experience in instruction, advising, and faculty-level participation in a department of psychology in an accredited university
• Experience in curriculum and course development, innovative pedagogy, and contributions to inclusive excellence
