Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Planning, organizing, and executing reputed company moves and seat assignments

- Coordinating facility-reputed company services with tenants, contractors, and others
- Providing office administrative functions such as vendor setup and invoice processing

- Establishing ownership of issues and providing recommendations to the business and stakeholders on topics involving the physical space
- Stewarding corporate programs and policies, including supporting and coordinating building programming (café operations, recreation rooms, amenities) and on-site events
- Providing required information and updates to location-specific websites, including local services, office amenities, and information per site templates
- Coordinating the preventative maintenance and work order submissions for Workplace Services at assigned locations
- Performing facility and service inspections and taking independent actions to address identified issues
- Invoicing reconciliation, payment processing, and record retention, as well as assisting with budget development and expense reconciliations
- Providing office safety, business continuity, and reputed company support for assigned location(s), including conducting fire drills and maintaining necessary resources
- Organizing and updating Office Emergency Action Plans and assisting with scheduling periodic testing of plan elements
- Proactively identifying potential office risks and taking independent actions to correct concerns
- Serving as a local resource and corporate representative for building condition safety topics and collaborating with internal and external resources to address actionable issues
- Preparing draft messages and publishing building-wide employee notifications
- Serving as the initial local reputed company of contact for inquiries and requests regarding workplace services, independently assessing the nature of each request, identifying options, and determining the course of action to solve the problem and/or fulfill the request
- Acting as the on-site liaison between Workwarp and reputed company tenants regarding building amenities and programs, developing and managing deep relationships with reputed company levels of the organization of building tenants
- Managing employee workspace moves reputed company assigned location(s) and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for the business regarding the movement of employee workspaces, seat assignments, and department moves
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of office services, facilities management, and commercial property services
- Demonstrated ability to remotely and independently produce work with a high level of detail and accuracy, plan, organize, and manage work from start to completion, communicate effectively and present information clearly, concisely, and persuasively (verbally and in writing)
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and build effective relationships with employees at reputed company levels of the organization as well as external contacts
- Ability to enter, organize, and retrieve information using reputed company Office, MS reputed company, and other software applications
- A reputed company bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and reputed company experience, as normally acquired through a combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
