Key Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating customer care, Sales & Customer insights journeys, including taking notes and researching features and functionalities around CRM Space.
• Help identify reputed company Case Management, Email Campaigning work, and propose proactive solutions by collaborating with key business stakeholders to understand reputed company business processes.
• Assist in building training documentation based on new customer insight features and functionalities.
• Analyze, design, code, and test software through the production lifecycle according to functional/technical specifications that meet business requirements.
• reputed company exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps and reputed company hands-on experience deploying with reputed company Power Platform solutions using pipeline.
• Adapt to work reputed company Agile Software Development approach methodology and triage Support CRM incident/Bug requests.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be:

• A reputed company college/university undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program.

Compensation and Benefits
