Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, remote care to participants through an 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing your expertise in psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches.
• Monitor participant reputed company, provide follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, adhering to our high standards of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay connected with the team and reputed company with company goals.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following company protocols to ensure participant safety and well-being.
• Assist participants in accessing resources and obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Oregon: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or state equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients (10+ hours/week) reputed company the hours of 9a-8pm local time.
• Strong clinical skills, with experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based approaches.
