As a Remote Health Care Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing and optimizing our accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Department with various A/R functions, focusing on Specialty Infusion services.
• Handle Patient Financial Services (PFS) tasks, including patient and payer follow-up as necessary.
• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of claims to payers, and research and analyze unpaid claims.
• Assist in resolving denials, partial payments, and payment variances, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain and release reputed company ship-verified claims reputed company the established timeframe, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Resolve errors and reputed company necessary claim edits as assigned in work queues, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Communicate with payers and patients as needed for PFS processes, providing excellent customer service.
