The Role: Providing Critical Support During Catastrophe Relief Efforts
As a temporary remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our catastrophe relief efforts, providing critical support to customers in need. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and reputed company a positive impact on the lives of those affected by catastrophes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring they feel heard and understood
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into our claim system accurately and reputed company
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions and utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Utilizing our account management systems and learning the latest customer service techniques to improve the customer experience

To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The ideal candidate will have:
Essential Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues

- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
