Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Professional to join reputed company on a 12-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting strategy calls, sourcing candidates, planning interview and selection procedures, and assessing candidate information. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and reputed company strategic recruitment plans
• Conduct strategy calls and determine selection criteria to ensure the best fit for each role

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven work experience as a reputed company Professional or similar role, with a strong track record of success in recruitment and talent management
• Adeptness with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, including Factory Fix and reputed company
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
