Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Specialist, Growth & Community Engagement to reputed company our efforts in achieving enrollment growth objectives for Medicaid programs. This pivotal role requires a unique reputed company of marketing, business development, and community reputed company expertise to drive success and improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute enrollment events, direct and indirect marketing activities to reputed company assigned membership growth targets and improve the plan's overall "choice" reputed company.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key business leaders, community-based organizations (CBOs), and providers to drive membership growth for Medicaid and reputed company programs.
- Work closely with other team members and management to establish and maintain a strong "enrollment" pipeline.
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals, and growth and choice targets as established by management.
- Coordinate and participate in enrollment events, encouraging key partners to participate and assisting where feasible.
- Collaborate with Provider Services to ensure providers reputed company assigned territory are aware of Molina products and services, establishing simple referral processes for providers and CBOs.
- Serve as a "subject matter expert" (SME) on healthcare delivery systems and wellness topics, delivering presentations, attending meetings, and distributing educational materials.
- Assist with incoming calls, addressing health access-reputed company questions from prospective members or members.
- Identify partnerships with key sponsorship opportunities, providing justification for Molina's participation.
- Promote Molina's programs in the community, creating opportunities for employee participation.
- Manage daily schedule in alignment with department goals and initiatives, providing input on department priorities and SMART goal development.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, job-reputed company experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional networking and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to drive up to 3 hours to attend events.
- Ability to attend public events in outdoor venues in reputed company weather conditions, sit and stand for long periods, and lift 30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as an ideal candidate, you'll have:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a reputed company discipline.
- A solid understanding of healthcare markets, primarily Medicaid, with previous healthcare marketing, enrollment, and/or grassroots/community reputed company experience.
- 5 years of reputed company experience serving low-income populations, with 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or reputed company setting.
- Experience presenting to influencer and low-income audiences, with reputed company in a second language highly desirable.
