Job Summary

As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for leading direct selling procedures and strategies for Southwest Business. You will identify new business opportunities, assess account performance, and provide valuable insights to account managers. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a results-driven reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold pitching and email campaigns, engaging clients and building rapport in a professional manner.
• Plan arrangements and maintain associations with qualified leads for account managers.
