Your Role: Social Media Content Moderator

As a Social Media Content Moderator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' social media platforms are safe and respectful for reputed company users. You'll be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, including images, videos, and written posts, to ensure that it meets community guidelines and standards. If you're a social media enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content on our clients' social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
• Participate in frequent refresher training to stay up-to-date on the latest policies and procedures

• Investigate and resolve reputed company issues regarding content reputed company agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality
• Maintain corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information with care

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual French and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work on-site at our Port St. Lucie, Florida location (not a remote work position)
• Strong emotional intelligence and reputed company
• Comfortability reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate or explicit
• Attention to detail and ability to be flexible in order to meet changing business needs
• Logical problem-solving skills and availability to work various shifts
• Experience with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills
• Ability to type 25 wpm and be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED or higher (reputed company required)
• Predictable and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• 6 months of customer service experience
• Proven oral and written communication skills
