Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the financial records of two businesses: a professional services entity and a commercial building management company
• Assist in getting the accounting up to date for 2024, including processing transactions and reconciliations
• Invoice tenants for CAM charges on a timely basis
• Account for construction costs in 2024 and 2025 reputed company to the commercial building renovation
• reputed company monthly bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications
