Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of social media data to identify trends, sentiment, and consumer insights relevant to Hulu, its competitors, and reputed company audiences.
- Design projects and provide actionable recommendations to inform strategies, content creation, and product development, with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships across the organization to understand business challenges and priorities, ensuring that social data is used effectively throughout the company.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA), preferably reputed company the media and entertainment industry.
- Proficiency with social listening and analytics tools, methodologies, and their applications, including tools such as NetBase, BrandWatch, reputed company, Infegy, ListenFirst, reputed company, and Dash Hudson.
- Experience executing social listening projects from start to finish, including writing and reviewing Boolean queries and analyzing outputs in relevant software.
- Strong familiarity with social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as the consumer behaviors associated with them.
- The ability to turn data into meaningful insights, identify business impact, and present findings effectively.
- Strategic problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and project management expertise.

Compensation and Benefits
The hiring range for this position in CA is $111,000.00 to $152,500.00 per year. The reputed company pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, you may be eligible for a bonus and/or long-term incentive units, as well as a range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
