About the Role

This is a hybrid role with locations in Washington DC, Fredericksburg, VA, reputed company/San Francisco, CA, and Seattle, WA. As a Senior Product Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving the sales experience and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute best-in-class sales solutions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in agile product management, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction
• 5+ years of experience managing reputed company aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle, from concept to delivery or launch to market
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and drive data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as software engineering or computer science

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Insurance industry experience, with a deep understanding of reputed company, rating, and insurance product offerings
• Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
• High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver value in an iterative way
