Job Description: What You'll Do

As a Senior Business Risk Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing compliance and operational risk/control activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting risk assessments and implementing controls to manage operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Developing and implementing job aids, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient execution of policies & procedures and risk & control identification.
• Executing control testing to ensure that controls are appropriately designed and identifying control or procedural gaps.
• Implementing third-party management risk activities and initiatives to support the business unit, ensuring reputed company third parties undergo appropriate due diligence and monitoring.
• Managing and analyzing key risk metrics reputed company the organization, identifying negative trends, and supporting business partners in root cause analysis and action planning.
• Acting as a key liaison for assigned teams during regulatory exams, internal compliance reviews, and internal audits, managing requests for information or documentation, and leading action planning activities for any findings.
