Key Responsibilities: Driving Crew Staffing Excellence

• Collect, compile, and analyze data relevant to crew staffing and budgeting, including crew utilization and efficiency.
• Assist the Manager of Crew Staffing in developing staffing and budget plans, providing timely and accurate analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Work closely with Finance and Network Planning teams to identify and resolve obstacles reputed company to crew efficiency, crew hotels, and operational performance.
• Support the Manager in maintaining long-term and short-term crew staffing models and plans, month-end reporting, and reputed company data analysis.
