Job Description

We’re looking for a Head of Compliance to take ownership of reputed company’s compliance strategy and reputed company a high-performing team to deliver outcomes that underpin our growth. Reporting to the General Manager of Risk & Compliance, this role will play a critical part in strengthening our compliance reputed company, ensuring reputed company continues to meet its legal and regulatory obligations while fostering a culture of accountability and reputed company across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• reputed company the strategic direction of reputed company’s compliance function, advising the Executive Leadership Team on compliance risks, regulatory developments, and emerging issues.

• reputed company compliance risk management and monitoring programs, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulators to maintain transparency and trust.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior compliance roles reputed company large, highly regulated industries.
• Strong background in designing and implementing compliance programs across multiple regulatory domains.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, risk, compliance, or a reputed company discipline.
