We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Member Marketing Manager to ensure our members receive exceptional engagement marketing throughout their journey with our digital health platform. This role will be instrumental in driving meaningful activation, engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a data-driven reputed company, strategic thinking, and the ability to reputed company compelling member communications, as well as be able to collaborate cross-functionally on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:Act as an reputed company for our members, striving to reputed company a seamless and satisfying experience across reputed company out-of and in-app touchpoints. reputed company and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention. Write clean, compelling, member-centric copy. Optimize the member journey; including onboarding, personalized guidance and troubleshooting across reputed company member marketing touchpoints. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering and clinical teams to enhance the continuity and effectiveness of the member experience. Qualifications:5+ years of experience in engagement marketing to B2B2C consumers, ideally in a digital health reputed company. Experience working with self-insured clients, PBMs and health plans is a bonus. Extensive experience building, iterating and optimizing multi-channel communications strategy and copy. Passion for driving a positive experience for members. Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action. Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
