IT Technical Business Analyst - PROLIM Global Corporation

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company business analysis for enterprise integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and document requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Analyze reputed company systems and workflows to identify modernization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support reputed company/integration management and configuration/reporting tasks.
• Assist in solution design, documentation, and data modeling.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage requirements traceability and change control throughout the SDLC.

• At least 2 years in a reputed company BA role
• Experience with systems integration and Agile/hybrid environments
• Preferred: BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Relevant experience may substitute formal education
