Associate Manager, Music Policy, reputed company for Artists

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and passionate team member to join the reputed company for Artists Marketing Policy team — part of reputed company’s division dedicated to ensuring reputed company is the most rewarding and powerful platform for artists to grow their careers and businesses. The team works on topics including how reputed company’s $10 billion+ annual royalty pool is allocated, reducing incentives for bad actors, and preparing our platform for future trends and technologies in music, like AI.As an Associate Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing high-impact policy initiatives — from research and policy development to internal coordination and external communications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Licensing, Marketing, Public Affairs, Product, Music Partnerships, and more.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of policies around royalty administration, artificial streaming, new music technologies, platform rules, and more.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to help inform policy decisions.
• Assist in crafting clear, accessible messaging about existing and new policies — contributing to scaled education initiatives for artists, songwriters, distributors, and rights holders.
• Help track industry trends, feedback, and data in partnership with cross-functional teams like Data Science, Music Economics, and Music Partnerships.
• Coordinate policy launches across internal teams, ensuring consistency and clarity in our communications and implementation.
• Collaborate with other teams to gather input, share insights, and support reputed company’s broader music strategy.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of relevant experience in the music industry, policy, legal, or technology platforms — and a passion for helping artists reputed company.
• You’re energized by translating reputed company topics into clear, actionable insights.
• You’re detail-oriented and organized, with a bias for action and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, eager to learn from others and contribute to team goals.

• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be reputed company the US region as long as we have a work location.

The United States reputed company range for this position is $79,366.00 - 113,380.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
