Your Purpose As an IT Specialist focused on Asset Management, your primary goal is to help the organization optimize asset utilization while ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining compliance, and supporting procurement and disposal processes. Also, you will provide vital information for strategic decision-making regarding IT resources. • 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management / IT asset lifecycle process, inventory control, or reputed company roles, preferably using inventory tools such as Asset reputed company, reputed company Business Manager, or similar. Knowledge of licensing and procurement processes. 1+ years of experience in reputed company Management. Competent in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a strong problem-solving reputed company. Strong expertise in macOS and Windows configuration and troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT Service Desk platforms (e.g., Jira) and remote desktop support. Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and skills to create and update technical documentation. Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Process-oriented mind. Adept at handling urgent and high-pressure requests, maintaining open, concise communication.

What You Will Do
