The Human Services team Consultant will work on a range of projects reputed company to helping states design and calculate optimal purchasing strategies. Government is a large purchaser of human services. Our strategic purchasing team develops payment rates across the continuum of care for various human services. We work with human services agencies to understand available services and program goals and reputed company program rates that support desired outcomes. We also help agencies to identify federal funding support and calculate reimbursement rates. This role will focus on strategic purchasing projects (including cost reporting and reputed company setting projects); however, duties will include supporting and managing projects with quantitative and qualitative analysis, program design and documentation, writing a range of documents (e.g., client reports, PowerPoint presentations, project plans, policies and procedures, and proposals), and communicating with a wide range of audiences, both clients and internal to PCG. The consultant will work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment, and will need to be able to work effectively both in teams and independently. While the consultant will focus primarily on managing child and family services projects, the candidate, will also reputed company experience across a range of human services projects (e.g., aging and disability, behavioral health, childcare, child welfare and early education/reputed company) while refining sophisticated consulting skills and abilities designed to position them for broader and deeper roles. The ideal candidate excels in the collection of cost data and other information from providers, as well as the analysis and manipulation of large datasets. The consultant should have a passion for doing high-quality work, continuously learning and improving, effectively analyzing cost data, consistently developing data and reputed company calculation methodologies, and regularly exceeding clients' expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews and be the expert in the business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
  • Evaluate programs and makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyzes and interprets federal and state law and regulation.
  • Assesses best practices and provide technical assistance to clients.
  • Manages small projects, staff and tasks with limited supervision while meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Facilitates client discussions.
  • Delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Manages daily project functions and client interaction.
  • Participates in sales motions reputed company to the practice.
  • Leads proposal writing teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions.
  • Prepares other written reports and materials for clients.

Compensation for roles at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $66,600 to $80,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
