The opportunity
Are you passionate about human resources and keen on making a significant impact on reward and compensation structures?
We are looking for a dedicated, reputed company and client-facing Senior Reward Advisor with over 4 years of experience in the field of employee compensation and benefits. You can reputed company this role from reputed company in Hungary, with the requirement of one in-person office day per month at our Budapest location.
This role will be instrumental in shaping companies’ job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, pay and bonus structures and total reward frameworks.
You should be comfortable with leading and supervision a small team (2-3 members). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of reward mechanisms and their impact on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 reward professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in reward / compensation and benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and grading
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources or a reputed company field.
- Proven ability to reputed company market analysis and design compensation structures.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced reputed company Office Suite skills, particularly reputed company.
- A collaborative team player with a client-centric approach and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
