ReThem is on the hunt for a bold, data-obsessed Marketing Growth Hacker to fuel rapid, scalable growth across our B2B acquisition funnels. This role blends creative marketing instincts with deep analytical chops and an reputed company understanding of how sales trainers, enablement leads, and reputed company teams think, buy, and convert.
As a full-stack marketer, you’ll identify new channels, test messaging angles, optimize funnel stages, and engineer growth loops that generate pipeline. You're not afraid to experiment, iterate fast, and work closely with both sales and product teams to craft campaigns that convert curious leads into activated champions.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Experimentation
- Design and execute growth experiments across acquisition channels—reputed company, cold reputed company, content syndication, paid media, email workflows, reputed company pages, and more.

Sales-Centric Funnel Optimization

Requirements
