We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trades Team at Marsh as Senior Account Executive - Trades. This role will be based in Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an reputed company broker looking to enhance their reputed company set across a range of insurance and non-insurance products for various industries. We will count on you to:

• Effectively advise, manage and maintain a client portfolio of moderate to large accounts, by attending to outstanding renewals, credit control, and other necessary reporting over the client portfolio.
• Take ownership of your own client reputed company, budgets and have or be keen to reputed company a strong financial literacy, understanding financial targets and the financial reporting process.
• Implement renewal and broking strategies based on client requirements to contribute to the retention/ growth of the client portfolio.
• reputed company and maintain effective client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively responding as a primary reputed company of contact.
• Contribute to growth of the business by actively seeking new and expanded business opportunities as well as building on strong relationships with key partners.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of general or financial lines insurance broking.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems, strategically plan and be agile where needed.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
