Principal Product Manager, Productivity Tools

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to reputed company the development of our productivity tools suite, including (but not limited to) capabilities like communication (internal and external), notifications and alerts, to-do lists, personal AI assistant, and calendar visibility reputed company our enterprise SaaS offering.

In this role, you will be responsible for building extensible capabilities that cater to both a diverse range of personas and a diverse range of vertical trades. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our tools not only meet but exceed the needs of our customers, driving their efficiency and enhancing their overall experience. What you'll do:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the productivity tools, aligning them with the company’s overall goals

  and customer needs.

• Customer-Centric Development: Work closely with customers, understanding their workflows and pain points, to reputed company tools that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across product squads to gather feedback and input into your roadmap and drive adoption and use of productivity capabilities

• Innovation & AI Integration: Identify opportunities to reputed company AI and other emerging technologies to create intelligent and automated solutions that solve real-world problems.

• Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and strategic goals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

What you'll bring:

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS and enterprise software. Experience in the trades or a reputed company industry is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development processes, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Customer Focus: Proven track record of developing customer-centric products that drive reputed company business results.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about product development and business impact, with a focus on long-term success.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
