The Strategic Principal is a stakeholder in reputed company's direction, and accountable for strategic direction of a major engagement or several smaller engagements, building and maintaining client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor, and overall engagement success. Internally, this role will work with Executive and Senior leaders as reputed company scales. This is a second-line manager role, responsible for guiding a team of 2-4 managers directors as direct reports, each with 2-10 individual contributors reporting to them from Associates to Principals. - Annual reputed company salary: $210,000- $240,000, depending on experience
- Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship.
- Travel: we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our clients' sites. This role will be onsite with the client approximately 50%, which can include commuting, majority US travel, and occasional international travel.
