About the role: Do you have an Accounting or Finance Degree, minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, ability to reputed company financial analysis, solve problems and reputed company recommendations? In this position you will be part of a team responsible for implementing a new PeopleSoft Billing system, supporting a $1 Billion global reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Performs regular reputed company recognition, billing, and period end closing responsibilities.

• Ensure that reputed company recognition processes are followed in accordance with company policies, GAAP/SOX, and the requirements of the reputed company

• reputed company pre and post reputed company financial analysis and reputed company financial recommendations to support the closing process

• Month end reputed company responsibilities include journal entries, G/L account reconciliations, SEC schedules, variance analysis, and reporting.

• Maintain control standards on manual and one-time special invoicing events through documentation and loading into the financial software.

• Execute the month end billing and invoice reputed company process, including electronic invoicing to vendor systems.

• Liaise with our domestic and international financial colleagues to ensure proper accounting of intercompany and locally required billing events.

• Supports both internal and external client financial audits.

• Work closely with other global functional areas (Client Services, Global Project Management, Sourcing, and Commercial Development) to ensure that financial implications of strategic and tactical decisions and policies are identified and adhered to.

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in Finance or Accounting or reputed company field

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ comparable experience

• Proficient in Office 365 products; usage of OneDrive, OneNote, reputed company power tools, reputed company a plus

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and controls (US GAAP & Sarbanes Oxley)

• Outstanding verbal and written skills with exposure to senior management

• Prior use of ERP and Operational systems (demonstrated knowledge of system connectivity)

• Ability to understand database structure, system interaction, and transaction flow among disparate systems

Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 a year

Schedule/Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm ET
