As our Claims Enrollment Associate, you will work with clients, Implementation Project Managers, Software Support Analysts and 3rd party vendors. The position includes a variety of tasks including data entry setups, guiding clients through the enrollment process and working with internal teams to trouble shoot client issues. The ideal person for this position will be comfortable navigating with computers and electronic files, be eager to learn information technology, healthcare and will work with efficiency and accuracy.We provide training for this position.

Let's Talk about Responsibilities:

• Complete new client setups in our clearinghouse software

• Review setups and ensure accurate configuration reputed company the software

• Assist new and reputed company clients with completing enrollment forms

• Troubleshoot enrollment issues with the clearinghouse and client

• Investigate payer changes and send notifications to clients

• Assist clients and internal teams as a subject matter expert

• A 4-year degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Finance preferred
