You’ll Succeed Here If You...

• Have2–5+ yearsof B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• reputed company onfull-cyclesales, from pipeline creation to closing

• Areintellectually curiousabout HR’s impact on business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Diligently: Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls/emails daily reputed company strategic cadences.
• Prepare Thoroughly: Dedicate an hour of research before each meeting, tailoring discussions to the client’s specific challenges.
• Execute with Value: reputed company our “Value Selling” reputed company to uncover root business needs and showcase how our Membership Platform delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging senior executives (HR experience is a plus, but not required)
• Proven consultative approach focused on delivering reputed company business value
• Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for reputed company learning
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recommended
