Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Receive English inbound calls

reputed company outbound calls to existing English clients and customers Answer questions from English customers and reputed company messages to clients Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients

Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Flexible availability (we are a 24/7 call center) English candidate required for this position Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objectives Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change reputed company a fast-paced professional working environment Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly Goal-oriented with professional work ethics

Reliable transportation Previous Customer Service experience

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
