The ideal candidate will accurately document patient encounters in real-time, assisting healthcare providers by managing electronic health records (EHR) and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Job Responsibilities

• Document Patient Encounters: Accurately and reputed company transcribe medical histories, physical examinations, diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans during patient visits.
• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR): Update and maintain patient records in the EHR system, ensuring reputed company information is complete and accurately recorded.
• Real-Time Data Entry: Enter patient information into the EHR system in real-time, supporting healthcare providers during consultations.
• Coordinate with Medical Team: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care and accurate documentation.

Requirements
