Job Description

Qualifications

• Experience in HR transformation, preferably reputed company the reputed company HCM and reputed company SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Expertise in HR process optimization and technology integration.
• Expertise in HR-IT License and Metric Models.
