About The Role

As a Technical Recruiter at Jasper, you will play a key role in hiring for our Tech team, including Engineering, Product, and Design. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences the strength of our business, the pace of our growth, and the team we are building.

What You Will Do

  • Manage full cycle recruiting across EPD functions, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, and offer delivery and negotiation

  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing

  • Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Jasper’s values at every touch point

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and craft effective and aligned recruiting strategies

  • Use data and insights to improve the way we recruit and make smarter hiring decisions

  • Experiment with AI tools and recruiting technology to increase speed, reduce friction, and scale great hiring practices

  • Support employer branding initiatives and find creative ways to tell Jasper’s story to the right audiences

  • Bring ideas, feedback, and a team-first mindset to continuously improve how we operate as a Talent function

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience at scale, with at least two years owning full-cycle searches.

  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles is a plus, as you may flex into recruiting for these teams at times

  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and interest in exploring how AI can enhance recruiting workflows

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust with candidates and senior-level stakeholders

  • A high degree of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage competing priorities with focus and care

  • Passion for recruiting as a craft and genuine excitement about building great teams

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $100,000 - $145,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
