JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager, Intelligent PMO Systems is responsible for leading cross-functional projects, while designing and operating intelligent systems that enhance PMO performance.

This role blends traditional project management with technical ownership of AI and automation tools that support planning, execution, reporting, and decision-making.

• Partner with Program Managers and other PMO team members to support strategic initiatives.

People Leadership and Performance

• Demonstrate a passion for leadership effective teams, fostering a high-performing culture.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to reputed company corporate and team goals, effectively managing relationships with other reputed company teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 1 – 3 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company scope
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Proficient in common project and work management tools
• Experience with AI/ML tools, automation platforms, and systems integration.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Recommended Education and Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Design Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company.

The expected reputed company salary range for a new hire in this role is listed below. The annualized reputed company salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience.
